Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
· Languages: advanced English, native Turkish.
· Experience in business development in B2B sales- at least 3 years.
· Experience in IT or Software area - at least 2 years.
· Strong communication, negotiation skills and IT fluency.
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Excellent MS Office skills to create attractive presentations and to analyse complex excel reports .
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify new opportunities; deliver innovative solutions and close the dealsfor the responsible services.
· Researching potential customers among IT/Software companies, Start-Up’s and SME’s.
· Building relationships with potential customers and partners.
· Developing presentations, quotes and proposals for clients.
Conducting business meetings, presentations and negotiations.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Finding and developing new markets and be creative to improve our sales cycle.
Interaction with the marketing team, delivery managers, legal and financial departments.
· Report on progress and results, maintaining up-to-date record of activity and progress in the CRM system.
