Dr. Çiğdem Ayözger Öngün is the founder and managing partner of the SRP-Legal Law Office in Istanbul. She worked for nearly 10 years in Turkcell Group before installing SRP-Legal. She served as Deputy General Manager of Legal and Regulatory Strategies at Turkcell Superonline for two years and as a Regulatory Policy Manager at Turkcell Group for 8 years. She has provided legal consultancy and regulation strategy consultancy on various subjects including his job at Turkcell until today and has experienced many different subjects such as licensing, legislation and compliance. Dr. Ayözger has a PhD in Data Protection and Privacy at Istanbul University and has a master's degree in competition law with her studies at Istanbul University and London School od Economics. Dr. Öngün, at Istanbul Technical University, Turkey's first university and the center of Bahcesehir University in Istanbul blockcha Blockcha and Innovation Center (blockchainıst Center) is a faculty member. She is also the author of the book Personal Data Protection.
