Serra Yılmaz is a true math lover. This passion of Serra, who adopts a human-oriented data and engineering approach in marketing and management, has enabled the institutions she works with to reach their goals and achieve significant success. As CMO of Paynet, Serra Yılmaz is currently working to improve customer success by deploying a comprehensive set of blended marketing solutions, establishing an insight-driven culture, and setting a template for marketing’s strategic impact on business. Serra Yılmaz is leading the teams of corporate communication, product management, bank relations and business partnerships within the framework of her role at Paynet.

Serra Yılmaz has fulfilled B2B/B2C sales, marketing and management roles in many Turkish and international companies including Xerox, Arox Information Systems and Samsung Electronics, and had been General Manager of BNK Group prior to joining Paynet.

Serra Yılmaz graduated from Istanbul Technical University with an honors degree in Mathematics Engineering, and then completed her master's degree in Management Information Systems at Işık University. Serra Yılmaz, who holds the Lean Six Sigma green belt, is also a member of the Turkish WIN and WTech business network, which strives to increase the role of women in the Turkish business landscape. In her spare time, Serra Yılmaz travels, does research, pursues her hobbies and curiosity to discover the hidden paradises and cultures of the world.
