She received her Bachelor's degree from Boğaziçi University Electronics Engineering and his Master's Degree from Computer Engineering.

In the period between 1982 and 2015; She has successfully completed many projects in the roles of Technical Manager, Project Manager, Information Technologies Management Consultant and Trainer, Senior Executive Selection and Placement Consultant, Career Advisor.

Between 2015 and 2019, she worked as Business and Executive Coaching as the Istanbul office Business Partner of ActionCOACH, the world's number 1 SME and Executive Coaching firm. By accompanying SMEs in their establishment, restructuring and growth processes, she guided Business Owners and Managers to achieve their dreams, grow their businesses in a sustainable and profitable way, and contributed to their continuous learning.

Between 2015 and 2019, within the scope of TEB-TİM Let's Up/Start Up program, she gave "DISC Behavior Profile and Management Skills" training to Techno Entrepreneurs at the Technology Transfer Offices of universities. She worked as a Business Coach in the BORGIP (Interregional Joint Venture Project) Project jointly implemented by TÜSİAD and TÜRKONFED.

Between January 2016 and February 2020, she contributed to the European Union Horizon 2020 Digital Innovation and Modeling project proposals as an Evaluation Specialist.

As of April 2019, under the roof of VEGA Management Consultancy and Training; Executive Coaching in Institutions; It provides Management Consultancy and Training Services in the Process of Creating and Implementing the Roadmap within the scope of the Restructuring of Manpower, Business Processes and Organizational Structure in accordance with the needs of the Digital Transformation Age.

Currently, she also serves as a Performance Mentor and Business Development Mentor for Techno Entrepreneurs within the scope of TUBITAK BIGG+.

She is the mother of 2 children. She has been singing Classical Western Music with the philosophy of “Accompanying the Music” since 1999 as the chorist of the Istanbul European Choir.
