Our Young Transformation Academy, which we have implemented with the cooperation of the Confederation of Employers' Unions of Turkey (TİSK), the Association of Women in Technology (WTECH), and the technical support of the European Investment and Development Bank (EBRD), was established with the aim of bringing a young workforce specialized in technology to the public and private sectors in the field of information technologies. In the first phase of our Young Transformation Academy, which we opened with a 70% female student quota, in line with the aim of training more than 150 people, mainly young people, as experts and placing them in employment, team management, presentation We have enabled them to develop 21st century skills such as techniques and communication.
