New Leaders of Market Places; WOMEN

Under the leadership of the Women's’s Initiative Network (WIN) group of GittiGidiyor employees, we contribute to women's empowerment in their career journeys with the work environment we create. Outside the company, we organize our female employees to mentor women students.

Thus, we ensure that they create value for other women as well. We are among the companies that signed the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), a joint initiative of the United Nations Global Compact (UN Women) and the United Nations Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment Unit (UN Women) in 2017, led by GittiGidiyor WIN.

We continue our efforts to adopt gender equality in the business world and especially in the technology sector, under the roof of Women In Tech, where we are among the founding members.
