How China is Fighting the Coronavirus

China, where the COVID-19 virus emerged, was the country most affected by this epidemic. However, using the resources of robotics, artificial intelligence, driverless vehicles, face recognition technologies, China has managed to significantly reduce this spread and identify people at risk.

Growing rapidly under Xi Jinping's increasingly authoritarian rule, China is exerting military, economic, and technological dominance over the United States and its allies. All medical services in a hospital in Wuhan are performed by robots and other IoT devices. Patients are scanned with 5G thermometers to alert staff to anyone with a fever. Patients are fitted with smart bracelets and rings that sync with CloudMinds' AI platform to monitor vital signs such as temperature, heart rate and blood oxygen levels. Doctors and nurses are also using smart devices to catch any early signs of infection. Meanwhile, other robots serve food, drink, medicine to patients, dance for patients bored with quarantine, provide information and entertainment for them. These patients interact with humanoid robots like Ginger. Other autonomous droids spray disinfectant and clean the floors. At the field hospital in Wuhan, robots are now on standby in case cases resurface.
