Our Goal

As the Association of Women in Technology, our job is human, our job is technology, but our main job is human diversity in technology.

Our goal is to provide the human diversity and equal opportunity we need in the world of science and technology. We aim to provide diversity by increasing the rate of women in technology, which is 9.91% yet, and to create the benefit from the numerical power of women that will contribute to Turkey's technological power that can be at the forefront of global competition.

In this direction, we aim to contribute to the transformation of Turkey as a Smart and Technological Society by increasing the diversity in production, R&D, science and invention, which constitute a very important potential in the world of technology.

As the Association of Women in Technology, our primary goal is to increase the commitment and awareness of people with technology by enabling people to discover their own potential and equal opportunities in technology, and to ensure diversity by supporting the participation of women, who are currently few in number, in R&D, innovation and production.

We aim to increase the motivation of our young girls studying in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in technology production, science and invention with the support of talent management, scholarship opportunities, network, role model mentors.

Due to the importance and value we attach to diversity and the low numbers in representation, we start to work primarily with the focus of women, but in our talent management efforts, we aim for men as well as women to benefit from our work and the opportunities of our association.
