Our Business is Informatics, Our Business is Human

As the Women in Technology Association, as of 31 January 2019, we started to operate with 80 founding members. Our goal is to create the diversity we need in the world of science and technology.

While shaping Turkey into a more technological society, although our focus is on technology and human capital, we see that women's representation in this sense is much lower. That’s why, we are launching our efforts by focusing on women.

Our primary goal is to increase women's commitment and awareness of technology by enabling them to explore their potential and equality of opportunity, and to ensure that more women are involved in R & D, Innovation and Production.
