He prepared two theses on "Institutionalization-Corporate Identity / Culture and Perception Management-Branding". His specialization trainings are Strategic Management, Brand Management and Customer Relationship Management. With these trainings, he gained a broad perspective from the institutionalization process of an organization to the strategic development of branding and marketing tactics and the management of sales activities.
